    Welcome to GTT
Which trans type (SR or PS)? Tractor not moving when trans placed in gear with clutch disk engaged & no hyd's sounds as if center hub of clutch or splines on trans input shaft have failed. If powershift trans it's possible trans disconnect lever on LH side of dash has been pulled rearward.

Agree with Tx Jim. A Ujoint on the driveshaft between the engine and hydraulics blew apart. Likely the front one if you hear nothing when the engine is started. This happened on my 4010.

JD 2510 is a rowcrop tractor not "cut model" therefore it doesn't have a u-joint in the drive train.
