john deere 330 H2 kit from AuxHyd- Anyone have any experience w/ it

So I was thinking about getting pieces gathered to add h2 to my 330 but I had read a few places that it can't be done easily with a 318 valve. I am thinking about the kit that AuxHyd sells but want to know how they do it and difficulty. I would like to hear your stories if you have done this even with the 316 kit.
If it's free ... its going to cost a stack of green in parts.

DNd, I can't comment on the 330, or the 318 valve, or the 316 valve, but I can comment on piping in general though! I have a 317 with an H2 system and I added divert valve. I can now divert the flow forward to angle a plow or divert to the rear to operate my 3-pt. No kit involved, just a bunch of fittings, hoses, and tubing.

My first question is: Does the 330 have power steering? I know the 318 does, but unsure of the 316. If the 330 has power steering you'll need to address how the valve is fed. If no power steering, the 316 valve may (???) work or any H2 valve from a 317 or below. If you decide to pipe from scratch without a kit, it's VERY tight under there!!! In a couple of places, I flared my tubing, but the bend ended up too long and wouldn't fit. I then made the correct length for the bend, but the flaring bar wouldn't fit! I ended up using hose and different fittings than originally planned...and already purchased.

I've posted this in several forums, but no idea of to who/when/where! If you'd like to try and pipe from scratch without a kit, consider "bite type" fittings. No flaring just cut/bend to length, and assemble. They're made by Parker, Eaton and others and available through Fastenal and some industrial supply houses.

Sorry I can't give any more info. Bob

Id shoot him an email and ask for the information you are after.
Aux-Hyd is great to deal with, or was for me anyway the few times I used him.
No better place to get the right info than from the source.

I cant comment on the kit itself, but would recommend asking that question over on WFM, or at least spend some time over there searching threads regarding 2 spool hydraulics on the 330. Several there have done it.

Rw- the 330 is manual steering. I'm going to send him an email and see what the kit entails. I've got the radiator or top clean and really want to put it together but don't be cause it's a bit easier to get to the linkages.
