Howdy - I have a 2022 JD 4066R Open Cab that I had a 3rd SCV Installed for a grapple. I have some rear implements that require a 4th/5th SCV so I ordered the BLV10050 at the recommendation of my JD Dealer. Pulled it all into the garage tonight and started to work through the directions before...

Hi Folks. I run a 2004 John Deere 4310 with eHydro and a 430 loader. I have a strange hydraulic problem. I have been reading all the GTT threads and, though I have learned much, I haven’t yet seen anything that directly addresses my issue. When dumping the FEL bucket (regardless of load), the...

My SCV lever is floppy when pushing to the right, bucket dump. Nothing happens to the bucket. When it gets to the , fast dump’ detent, only then will the bucket dump very slowly. Video link https://youtube.com/shorts/BpYK0f6pOyE?feature=share Any suggestions? I’ve checked ‘SCV ports’ hoses...

I was plowing the driveway this morning and all of a sudden I was unable to curl or dump the bucket. Looking under the rubber boot I found the broken piece. Wondering how difficult this is to repair or am I looking at a dealer visit? Purchased the 1025r new in spring 2019. Has almost 400 hours...

I’ve got a 2040 with one set of rear remotes but am needing a float position for a small flex wing cutter. My remotes don’t have a float position is there anyway to get around this or are there other valves available that have one that I would need to find? It’s a 1977 with open center hydraulics.

The knowledge and experience of those on this forum have helped me immensely. Thank you all. Perhaps you can help me with my next decision. I have a JD4510 with a 460 FEL and the JD power beyond kit and JD rear 3rd SCV kit installed. Pressure: 2500 psi; pump flow: 10.6 gpm; steering flow: 5.3...
  7. Sub Compact Utility Tractors (SCUT)
Hello all! I have been enjoying reading GTT for a while but this is my first post. I am hoping someone here will be able to help me refresh my memory. I have a 1025r with 18 hrs on it. Recently I have noticed that the SCV lever will strain when moved without the loader attached. Prior to the...

    OK, first a little background -- So, when I ordered my 4105 back in 2014, I skipped the factory-installed rear SCV -- a short-term thinking problem I struggle with a lot...I once factory-ordered a car with no AC...😳 Fast-forward to 2019, and I decide that a hydraulic top link on my 3-point...

  10. Medium Frame Compact Utility Tractors (MCUT)
Hello all, I have been searching this forum and all of the google, and have been unable to get a clear answer. Here is what I have going on. Recently purchased a 1979 Model 850 tractor. it came with a brush hog, and that was the extent of it. On Monday, I was able to locate and purchase a...

So I traded in the old 1026r for a new 1025R and ordered the 3rd SCV kit with it. And the AV20F grapple. I may have taken some creative liberties with the word "need' when ordering all this. But I've already put it to good use and love it! This 3rd SCV kit is definitely the way to go if...

So I just bought a used X739. I can already see times where I want the 3PH to be on separate hydraulic circuits from the front. For instance, when I get a snow plow for next winter with hydraulic up/down and left/right, I'm out of SCVs, but I'd also like to have a rear blade for back dragging at...

Greetings everyone. I started a project to add Power Beyond (PB) to my 2520. I reviewed the prior threads on PB and took their lead for the plumbing details (thanks). I added a little of my own twist - a dual control valve and a custom bracket. It's not complete at this point, but I...

I am installing dual SCVs but have not been able to find valves with the integal feathering valves such as is used on the larger tractors. If you know of a source I'd appreciate hearing about it. Thanks
