I have a very basic question as I am new to tractor use. I have purchased a 2017 1025r and trying to purchase a mower deck for it.

Will this 60D mower will work for my tractor? Serial number 1M060ADMCFM070374

It should but do you have a mid pto auto connect drive shaft if not you’re going to need more parts to make it work

I would say no. The PTO input is off center on the deck and centered on the 1025r.

I agree with HankP - That doesn't look to be for a 1025R. There's no front draft arms and the drive over ramps are not the same as mine were before the load-n-go's were installed.

Edit: Here's the best photo I could find of my early 2017 1025R. The 1025R changed mid year. I don't know if the MMM decks changed or it was just the BH and FEL (And related mounting)

When you plug that PIN # into JD Parts it's comes back as a deck for the large frame 2 series and 3 series machines.

I thought that was 2 or 3 series deck. Definitely not for the 2017 1 series.

I have a brand new 60D with AutoConnect and John Deere Mulching Kit listed for sale that came in the package I bought for my 2016 1025r. It has been inside my garage since delivered. Never cut a blade of grass. Not a spot of rust or anything. Comes with everything except front brackets that mount on tractor.
