I have a 1025r out of basic warranty but within powertrain. 150hours on it and have a right side transmission cover seal leak. Dealer wants $2000 to fix and Deere won’t cover it because it is a seal, which is excluded from powertrain warranty. Has anyone else had this happen? The whole thing seems like this would be a manufacturer issue. It is a liquid seal and Dealer says they only see this on much higher hour tractors.

You could always call corporate. sometimes they can push back on the dealer to fix a problem
