Hey folks, does this hydraulic line routing look good to you? I am concerned about the one line crossing the floor board on the right side; the one in the picture. Seems like it is too easy to trample as it it. Your thoughts please.

Pdoug, my hydraulic line basically runs there too, and that is how my dealer set it up.

I changed it a bit and you can see them in my pics here: http://www.greentractortalk.com/for...-BH-FEL-Required-Why-Now-I-know&highlight=260
I rotated the elbow/line so it goes to the right instead of down, and I tied the line to the little hole in the floorboard with a tie-wrap to keep it a little more out of the way. I keep my BH on most of the time, so the tie-warp doesn't bother me. I suppose you can tie the hose further back nearer the other hose, but that extra inch I get is enough for me. Just need to remember to remove the tie before you remove the BH.

But as I read the owners manual, that's basically where the hose ends up. Good luck.

Factory Backhoe install.

The unit I just purchased had the backhoe installed at the factory and it looks exactly like your dealer install.

I just made a deal to buy one today with the factory install. It has the hose rotated 90 degrees like Tomfive's . I knew to look for this because of Tomfive's post a few weeks ago. I guess there is not a specified way by JD to turn the fitting.
