If you removed hoe, did you plug the hoses back together?

Have any aftermarket valved been installed?

Does the engine sound like it's laboring at all when you have the hoses plugged together, unplugged, or when moving the lever?

Yes the engine labor’s when the hoes are disconnected and that’s the only time I can raise the 3 point hitch.i do not believe there has been any valves installed

Ok, good, so that means there is flow in the hoses. I’d have to suspect something internal in the rockshaft valve since it probably was hardly used over this machines life as most 110 TLB’s had the backhoe on all the time.
