Only solution for boom creeping up is R&R with complete new valve assembly(spools & housing).

I am wondering if the valve is not returning to neutral, causing the boom creep. Since you say it's sticky.
I would take apart the spool end caps key 32 & 33 and clean the parts inside.
I guessed what loader valve you have, several in JD parts to choose from
145 FEL could also have a Cessna valve similar to photo below

🤠OP-go here and see my posts with pics of the detent (float function) to get an idea of what fixed mine when it would creep up due to sticking in the up position. Corrosion in the detent ball assembly on the end of the spool valve.
