Deere just released 2 solutions for hoods on the 1E and 1R SCUTS.
One solution addresses the hood not latching properly all the time or the hood latches but still shakes. A new striker is installed to prevent this.
The other solution addresses the hood itself bowing out after all adjustments have been made. A hood support is added to prevent this. Newer machines after may 12, 2012 will have support already installed.
