2025R Gen 1 Front Quick Hitch and Mower Draft arm brackets

Hello. I just purchased a 2016 2025R and it came with a front quick hitch, rotary broom and MMM. When delivered, the mower draft arm brackets were mounted to the outside of the main tractor frame between frame and front brush guard. In that configuration, the MMM draft arm would not seat and lock in place. I believe that the draft arm brackets are supposed to mount on the inside of the tractor frame. However, there is a bracket installed in the space and is used to attach the quick hitch. I have no operator manuals with the tractor so I asked the JD dealer and they said I was missing a part. Not sure what they ordered but they came today while I wasn't home and I found all the brackets and bolts for the front MMM and quick hitch laying on my garage floor (no new part that I could see). When I called the dealer they said they wanted to come get my tractor so they can find the part in their shop or order the correct one... So now I'm confused. I'm hoping someone else that has or knows my tractor setup and can confirm that this is simple.

To use the MMM, do I have to remove the quick hitch bracket entirely and mount the draft arm brackets to the inside of the front frame? That means this isn't really that "quick" if I switch from front quick attachments back to the MMM.

I included a picture that shows the brackets. The square one is the bracket the dealer removed today. I think that stays out in order to use the MMM. Please, someone help me so I can avoid having the service techs come take my tractor away for no reason. :)

Quick follow up to my original post. I worked with a different JD dealer and they did a video call with some service techs that knew what they were talking about. The Gen 1 (2016 model year and older) used a front quick hitch bracket that does have to come off so that the MMM front draft arm brackets can be installed on the inner side of the front tractor frame. (2017 and newer Gen 2 model has them mount to the outside). They confirmed I was only missing a couple round spacers that fit between the brush guard and the frame attachment point. I'm lucky I called off the incompetent dealer techs that wanted to take my tractor away for no reason. I'll be staying away from that store...

Hope this may help others and if I get more info like part numbers I'll post another follow up.

One last follow up with part numbers to share. There is a bracket for the Gen I 2025R tractors (model year 2016 and earlier). Part number is LVB24899 (Front hitch/mid-mount mower combo bracket). This bracket works with the Quik-Tatch front hitch so it is easier (tool-less), to switch between MMM and front attachments. I included the PDF of the sales cut sheet that the dealer provided (the dealer that actually knew what they were talking about...)

The spacers I was missing that caused all my troubles/confusion are included with the front hood guard (Assembly ST739028) that is part of the FEL package. Part info for those are:
