Today Mrs. HomesteadJoe and I took a nice motorcycle ride and We stopped by our local dealer to check out their inventory. I was surprised because they normally have a few dozen 1 and 2 series but all they had was a couple of 1 series and two 2032Rs and one 2038R in stock. They had a few 4 series also. Lots of mowers. Wow! Very poor inventory situation. Is this typical now all over?
Sincerely

Question is are those dealer stock or someone’s order waiting to be prepped? Pretty slim pickings up here. Usually twenty or more 1’s, a dozen 2’s, and mix of 3’s etc.

I think it's pretty typical Joe.
My dealer normally would have close to 3 dozen 1 and 2 series tractors going into May, they have maybe six 1 series tractors, a couple of 3 series and maybe one of each 4 and 5 series. Oddly they have had a 2032R sitting there for awhile now and my salesman told me he could have sold that a dozen times if it were a 2038R. Gators are slim, by they do have probably 6-8 of them in different configurations. Mowers are plentiful at my dealer as are implements, but tractors are very thin.

Mowers are pretty slim here in Michigan too, I was told 4 weeks easy for a 72" for a 2038.
