Mowing in the dark the other night, lights suck on mine because i have none in the back yet, but mowing grass it kept falling or coming out 4wd on me. Is it supposed to kick out when its not loaded heavilly? or do I have something faulty not locking it in?

It Really Sounds Like You Have A Problem

If the MFWD is fully locked in properly it can not come out of engagement on its own. The first thing I'd ask is, are you absolutely sure the lever was fully engaged? :good2: If the answer is yes, then you need to make an adjustment or have repair work done. I'd have to look at the tech maunal to see if an adjustment can be made I do not know off hand.
