The 2520 has really impressed me with it's capabilities thus far.

It is amazing what the 2520 will do, I have 850 lbs of ballast on the back and I can lift 1100 lbs. You really need ballast if you are using the loader, it is very dangerous to lift without it.

Great pics TB, and get some ballast please:thumbup1gif: We don't want to see you you or your tractor get hurt.
Ok. Thanks for the concern. I am aware of the issues concerning using a loader. Been around tractors for years and have a decent handle on what gets you in trouble. I wasn't going to post the pix cause I knew there would be some worries about not having the rear ballasted (other than the bit in the rear tires), but figured I'd contribute to the site. Nothing done that day made the tractor less than stable.
Sorry TB, we are just concerned that guys who don't know anything about tractors see pictures like that to justify not using ballast.

I have to agree with TB but your point was also very well conceived. Looking out for the other guy!
Thank you for the pics, TB!

Hey TB, do you have a ballast box? I find that I use mine with my brush and blower in the winter also. It greatly improves the traction in the snow. :good2: And with a quick hitch it is a snap to mount. :thumbup1gif:
