I guess the possibilities are limitless but wondering what everyone has done to pull stuff from their 3 point.

So post your pictures here !

I wanted a multi-purpose attachment that would do several things as it would be on the tractor most the time. Its a work in progress.

When I got the 2305 I built a simple attachment using a drawbar. Later I decided to weld hooks to the top so I can use it to lift the garbage cart and haul it to the street.

I recently decided I wanted to use a receiver instead of just a ball so I can have other options including a carry-all platform.

Couple things I noticed originally are the shouldered bushings are really wider than they need to be. This allows the unit to move side to side a little. So I cut about an inch off the bushings and moved them in so the shoulder captures the I-match better.

Trying to elimate rattles when mowing I decided to redo the top mount as well and instead of using pins I cut down a shaft and welded it in place.

Also welded a chain hook to the drawbar.

The small channel welded to the front of receiver is where I plan to mount a small toolbox from the 1026R. This will hold my pins, a few tools, etc.

Here are a few pictures.

Thats a nice looking hitch.

I probably should have thought more about weights. I dont like to run weights unless I am using the loader because I am trying to maintain my lawn with it. Its on the verge of being to heavy now. But sure would be a nice if I needed it.

I just finished my "tongue" option for my hitch.

I made a hinged tab on the back of my hitch. I did this for pulling lawn implements like small trailers, spreaders, roller, etc.

This will protect the implement if I accidently raise or lower the 3-point which I have been known to do. Saves me from bending the tongue on something !!

All I do is remove the hitch and put it in backwards.

Looks great Randy. Just thought it would be nice to have a bunch of ideas in one thread. For those that are thinking about making their own. Seems to be a popular project.

I just received my omni mfg. imatch compatible weight bar/ trailer hitch/ single tooth scrarifier tooth/ pinned chain hook. I am very pleased with this set up, the fit and finish is outstanding. I have a stand on order for the unit making it easy to off load the unit on to a mail hitch receptacle stand. I will include some pic of the whole shooting match for your look see.The suitcase weights were purchased from Home Depot shipped free to my house. Making the hitch reversable and putting the hinged tongue on the back works great.

The hinge fixes all my concerns about accidently raising or lowering the 3-point with a lawn type implement attached.

Great thread RRMCCABE!:thumbup1gif: And some great looking hitches folks!:thumbup1gif:

Here is mine. I also went the route of Omni Mfg. but I have the "Transformer". I do not own or have much need for suitcase weights (or at least not yet:lol:). I also bought the middlebuster attachment which I have used several times and have a couple more jobs for it coming up. All of my dealings with and product from Omni has been top shelf.:good2: And now a couple pics of course........
