I recently bought a new 3038E with a D160 loader installed. Part of the purchase agreement was that the dealer would install the rear hydraulics kit before delivery. Well they did and delivered the tractor.

RESULT: Loader seems to work OK, lift arms on the 3-point do not work OK. The 3-point lift lever has no effect and the lift arms only raise when the loader is raised. I suspect they mucked up the rear hydraulics installation. Yes I have the tractor in for corrections. But they are taking forever.

So, does anyone have a copy of the installation instructions for the rear hydraulics kit that they could provide to me?
Maybe I can speed them up.

The kit for 3038E, no cab, 2 remote spool pairs. Tractor is still at dealer but I'll see if I can find the paperwork.

(later): "newer gets kit number BLV10461, while older tractors s/n 610,000 and older get the older kit LVB25743."
Believe the only differences are mechanical parts.

Looks like this.

Sounds like they installed something wrong like you suspect. This really bugs me that techs don't put pride in their work and double check their stuff. He would've found this issue is he had checked his work. It's more than likely an easy fix. Have you talked to them at all? Are they having issues finding the solution??

Thank you for the parts diagrams but they do not clearly show where the connections are made. So my request was for the actual installation instructions.

Yes I know the installation instructions are not on line. That's why I asked if a someone had them & could copy for me. I know that some users do their own installation and might still have the instruction sheets.

Yes, I agree. I have talked to them several times but not this weekend as they are closed until tomorrow. I have the parts diagrams but not the instruction. I studied the parts diagrams this weekend and feel I know how it was supposed to be installed but the actual installation instructions would be nice. I'm hoping someone has them and can send me a pdf.
