Here is an attachment no one talks about, or though I have yet to run across. Does anyone have one? Sure would like to know your thoughts on these. Maybe no one mixes their own cement any more.

For the record, cement is a gray powder that comes in bags or bulk, is a key ingredient of concrete, and doesn't normally require mixing.
