Was your coolant temperature above 140 degrees? Also are you sure you saw a red symbol? Usually that means your filter is extremely fouled and needs dealer service. Ive only seen amber exclamation point on mine ... Could be wrong though.

It was the amber emblem with the exclamation point. How do I know the temp on the coolant? It might have not been warm enough, I did all the other steps.

 

Unless you have the JD Bluetooth connection you have to rely on your temp guage. Make sure its fully up to temp by working it hard quickly and then give the process another go around

 

Tractor is in the city on a project with a noise ordinance of no construction after 6:00 pm. At 5:00 it went into regen, it’s now 6:45 and percent is still at 79%. Can’t do a parked regen as it’s only been 33 hours. Any suggestions?

If its even still going. Not the best idea but you may have to just shut it down and let it go back into regen tomorrow. Just dont interupt it a second time

 

Does this look warm enough? Did all the steps again, it's now been sitting idling for 10 minutes.

 

Hard to say, try running it at higher RPM, 1500-1800 for 5 minutes then try.

Have you previously run a parked Regen? I know the system will not let you command one if leas than 50 engine hours has passed. Not sure if the warning negates that

 

I have not, it's a new to me tractor. But 3000 hours. I'll try the high rpm

 

What is the current soot level and soot hours in the menu?

 

I'm not sure how to tell the current soot level. And the manual I bought electronically is not searchable and really difficult to find answers

 

Press this button to pull up the information on the LCD screen. You will have soot and filter. Soot is how clogged the filter is and filter is how many hours since the last regen.
