I don't think so. the 430 has a longer front end. I has a 420 from 91-2016, and I had mine off most of that time. I was just lazy and once i took it off i left it off

Will belly pan M85037 for a 420 fit on a 430 ?

it might, since the belly pan fills in the space between the cross member at the front of the transaxle and the cross member supporting the front axle. I think the additional length on the 430 is ahead of the front axle.

I think taking the belly pan off and leaving it off was pretty common. Neither my 318 or 430I don't think so. the 430 has a longer front end. I has a 420 from 91-2016, and I had mine off most of that time. I was just lazy and once i took it off i left it off
have one, but the 332 still does.

Looks like different part numbers, so the diesel engine and drive shaft length must involvement.
appears to be a flange on one end.
You are probably correct , its something to do with the diesel and drive shaft length.
