Hi guys I have a 4200 tractor and the 3 point lift /lower lever is stuck won’t budge the tractor has sat outside alot. The loader works great. I sprayed the shaft under the seat but it still won’t budge . I’d appreciate and help thanks

I would guess one of the friction washers or linkage is rusted up. I had a very similar issue a few (many) years back.

So you think maybe take it all apart and use penatrating oil?

Start with PB Blaster on all the moving parts. See if that frees the linkage before disassembly.

X2, That's what I did.
The control lever would not move a fraction of an inch. This happened on my 2320, the tractor, as far as I know has never seen rain or been left outside, at least while I've owned it.
