4320 3 point stuck in up position (Not Rate of Drop Valve)

Hi Guys I have searched everywhere and cant find a good answer yet…..Hopefully someone here can help me out!
I have a 2013 4320 Cab with 1200 hours and it is acting like the 3 point lever or valve is stuck in the up position…I can feel the tractor working like it is right against the relief valve for the hydraulics….It was working fine when I parked it although I had a minor O ring leak in my Powerbeyond and my fluid level was getting close to the fill mark….I dont think this attributed though….When I went to start the tractor again…The laser box blade shot right up into the air like normal after sitting for a few days but would not go down….The first thing I checked was the Rate of Drop valve and it was set pretty light…( use it all the time on all three of my compacts). I checked it against my 4720 cab and it seemed like the 3 point control shaft that went into the rock shaft valve was not turning…since its difficult to work in there and the shaft was not turning inside the gold Lever..I drilled a small hole completely through the lever and the shaft and tapped in a roll pin thinking the shaft just needed to be re attached…No change that I can see…The Rockshaft Height adjustment jam nuts were slightly loose and I have tried adjusting them into multiple locations no luck….I have a couple big jobs for this next week and this tractor is the only one I have with the right configuration right now to do the job. Any help would be appreciated…I am fairly knowledgeable with the hydraulics on these…and have installed factory 3rd SCV and PB of this tractor when I bought it new, and built my own PB setups on my 3720 and 4720. Thanks!!!!

Does it sound like the machine is hitting the relief valve all the time? If so, try unplugging and replugging the Power Beyond. It may be deadheading.
