the only way I can keep 455 running is to pull the fuel solenoid by hand.White side of solenoid has no power.I can put 12 volts on the white wire on solenoid and runs great..Red side of solenoid has 12 volts. both relays click when turning the key on and off so they seem fine.Anyone know what I might try next? tx bob

Have you checked the fuses and relays?

The red wire is the "hold" wire. The white wire is the "pull" wire. Just because the relay is clicking doesnt mean its any good. Trace the white wire back to the pull in relay. check for power there. Unplug relay and check for corrosion or a broken wire. If all looks good swap in a new relay. Any 30/40 amp 5 pin relay will do. Should be able to get one at an auto parts store. Take the old one with ya. I dont have a 455 wiring diagram with me. Sorry I cant be more help.
Dont leave the white wire powered up for very long. It will cause a failure of the solenoid.
