john deere 4710 tractor won't move forward or backward when pushing on pedal.

Welcome! I am assuming you have the eHydro model?

First step is to check error codes, look at the light on the console on the righthand of the drivers seat. It will flash to indicate error codes with the key on.

Is it cold where you are? Does it move in 4x4? If so Check tire pressure

As Toehead stated find out what code it throwing out. It is most like the potentiometers are out of calibration. Check to make sure the pedals are fully returning and don't have a spring or something keeping one pedal depressed. To recalibrate you will either need a tech manual or a JD tech with software to reprogram it. Unfortunately this is a pretty common problem with the JD 4x10 series with Gen 1 electronics.
