I am getting an error message 3516.1 which is "aftertreatment DEF Concentration." I am not sure what his means. I have 505 hours on this machine.

It would seem to me that the computer thinks that the DEF is diluted.
I would drain it and refill with known good fluid.
Otherwise, it could be the sensor. I don't know anything about your tractor, but it could be a simple conductivity probe. You might try polishing it up a bit if it is corroded.

Heard of the same issue elsewhere.....in that case fresh deff did the trick
