need the diagram that shows how the male auto connect gear comes off the gear box?? I am thinking of changing the auto connect PTO Shaft to a manual connect pto. I am really not happy with the autoconnect, other than the drive over deck. I still have to get down to remove the pins, so I might as well just got the OLD way. I have had problems with the pto not lining up with multiple adjustments. Thanks nj82tj

Finally found the problem with the autoconnect! The 2 set screws that hold the male driven adapter on the gearbox had loosened up and it was making the noise. I went to hardware store and picked up 2 new set screws and used Loctite on them! But I am still considering going to the manual connect PTO shaft.
