Quick question, I have a 54" snow blower mounted to my 2520, and I just love it! My question is, I now want to add a 54" snow blade to my collection. What "mounts" do I need to install the blade to the tractor ? Also, I would like to have the "angle" option.

Tough on for me as I have neither. I would think with already having the blower the tractor side should be ready to go, maybe?
Where ya from? Don't see it in your profile?

If you already have the quick hitch for the blower all you should need is the blade and the angling cylinder kit. The angle kit will comes with the cylinder, two pins, and the hoses. In mine the hoses were already attached to the cylinder.

You should have a pin that came with the blower that currently holds the hitch in the straight position. That will need to be removed. The angle cylinder will pin in to holes in the side of the hitch. Route the hoses and connect the blade.

The blade (and broom) all use the same QH (quick hitch) as your blower, nothing extra is needed to "mount" it. You will however (like you wrote) need the angling cylinder and hoses. A salesperson at your dealer or GreenFarmParts should be able to help get you the kit.

I knew one of the "parts guru's" would be along shortly with the details. Thanks Kenny :good2:

The only tools you should need are a pair of pliers to bend the cotter keys in the pins.

PLUS the right size wrenches for the hydraulic angling kit HOSE CONNECTIONS! Mine started leaving "Mystery Streaks" that became apparant AFTER the first snow plowing/melting cycle.

Thanks to all for the input. I'll call Muttons Monday.
Let us know how you made out. GreenFarmParts is showing the kit as $220.03 which seems too cheap for a JD cylinder and hoses. Example, this is the same JD that wants $317 for the 3PH top link on my 2720. WOW!
