My 590 m has 16 hours on it and a rear shock is leaking oil. Took it to the dealer and they replaced while I waited (about 15 minutes) Shop manager says they know they have a problem. I was thinking about replacing with the heavier shocks that are recommended for a cab or plow. He says wait until they are out of warranty and hope in the mean time Deere does something about it. anyone else with this problem?

I think the shocks are the same on the 560, I've not seen an issue yet.
I thought JD was going to do a recall on them? :dunno:

Deere issued a fix as fail PIP in Aug 17 for the 590i. No other models were effected.
But we have seen other models with an occasional leaking shock(s). Hopefully Deere will tighten up the vendors and get it fixed.
