Hello, Like title says tractor is 6430 premium with powerquad transmission. At low idles to 1200rpm in forward direction, tractor will sense low oil pressure and default into neutral. reverse is fine, also hooked up gauge to verify psi, reverse is 210psi, and forward will drop to 100psi at lower rpms. swapped forward and reverse solenoids incase forward was stuck. made no change.

So removed transmission and disassembled. Found nothing obvious other than square sided o-ring on forward clutch piston seemed like it wasn't protruding enough to seal. Thought that was it. No cracks frond on piston or drum, or metal sealing rings. Replaced all o-rings and gaskets, those 2 metal sealing rings and piston sealing ring, etc. Reassembled and installed in tractor/new oil etc.. Its still doing the same thing, low oil pressure in forward.

So now took apart front cover, could not see anywhere where it could have been leaking in the forward circuit, no scored bores or broken valves or springs etc.

Not sure where to go now, obviously trans pump is fine ( lots of psi in reverse, pto is good too) just wondering if there could be a hairline crack in a housing that cant be seen? Any help is appreciated. thanks!

I was thinking leakage in the forward clutch piston.
