A few more questions..... (new 3520)

The dealer used a dark metallic looking grease on the FEL. Was planning on using JD SD Polyurea grease (dark green). Did they use JD HD Lithium Complex grease? If so my research found that the two are not compatible.

When removing the loader the manual says to tilt the bucket 20 degrees or so. Does this take the strain off of anything? I

Who knows if your dealer used John Deere grease? I would call and ask them what they used. That way you will know for sure.

I think what your talking about when tilting the bucket to remove the loader is what you would want to do to level out the bucket on the ground.
the loaders come "pre-greased" but usually we add John Deere grease to them
Toolcrib, coping and pasting from MS Word is problematic as you noticed, some punctuation (particularly the ' character) deletes all the text after it. Try using another text editor or replacing all the ' before hitting the post button. Sorry you are having problems. PM me if you can't get it to work...
