Was there a video where he talks about the fuel adjustment?
@MFP are you going to be the guinea pig for us X series owners?

I'd love to! but at $2000 USD thats a tough pill to swallow. Maybe after i hear some reviews from other's id be more open to it
Just FYI for anyone looking to pre-order
The TTWT code does get about $100 bucks knocked off that 2K price tag.

Sign me up!

I will buy one for my 2025R soon as it is available.

That is assuming there is nothing to crazy when it comes to installing it.
Like pulling the motor or something wild that, I can't or would not want to do myself out in my shop.

My Turbo diesel Gators are both doing fine and were pretty easy to install too.

I am in.
Sign me up!

Really glad to see he included my 2025R in list that it will fit.
Wanna bring your tractor to my place for install?

if hyrdoplus get his kit out and it works good, they’re done. This is one of those situations where the first one to market will win
Area Diesel has much more to lose, and is therefore more leary of the EPA.

That would be great, I appreciate the offer, but I don’t get much time to travel.

I agree however they have to get off their butt and be competitive now. The game is up

I think the thing I am most excited to learn firsthand, will be how well it can pull high range with the turbo added.

I know with adding Turbo's to my diesel Gators, that when coupled to the Belt drives there is no increase in top speed, but they do pull high range with more ease, and can get up to top speed and hold it with more ease.

With the tractor, I don't really care much about top speed, however I am in hopes that it will gain something similar and be able to pull high range with more ease and require less use of low range.

If nothing else, it should sound cool. LOL :p 😁

I'm looking forward to the result! I'd love to be able to use high range on my 1025R. Going 4mph everywhere, all the time has really been my biggest frustration.

The thing is for guys that use the PTO this will be a game changer and i wanna do it just for the cooler factor plus install won’t be crap. This is easy the only crappy part is adjusting the fuel he needs to make a video of taking off the anti-tamper cover

I’m with you 100% because three cylinder diesels with a turbo have a really nice tone to them and I’d recommend throwing quite a bit of fuel at it as well to keep exhaust temps down. You wouldn’t really need a mess with the timing. But there’s turbo kits gonna open up the floodgates for modifications for these guys.

His turbo kit currently is really good and it wouldn’t be that hard to strait pipe. He’s also recirculating the PCV back into the intake, yeah no thanks I’ll run a breather. Also I’d like to see two upgrades down the road
1) better wastegate, most oem wastegates are weak and prone to issues. It wouldn’t be that hard for him to get a tial billet wastegate for better control and reliability it’s 150-200 bucks
2) the stock exhaust manifold is crap no way else to put it. It’s offset for space, he could do two things. Design a tubular manifold which would take some effort for spacing or do what alot of the big turbo fiesta st guys do and is port the living crap out of the stock cast iron lung and get 20hp. Either or would work and it wouldn’t cost a lot of money.
I’m all about efficiency and reliability for this tractor and a proper manifold and wastegate would free up a lot

Glad I ordered early I think I placed mine 1-2 days after he had it up on the website so hopefully will be in the first shipment batch.

if it make H range usable would be nice. Right now if I got a bucket full of dirt can’t go up a hill in my yard in H gear.

This isn't a gas engine partner. More fuel and low boost creates high exhaust gas temperatures in a diesel engine.

Adding some timing is an easy way to get a few more horsepower. It has to be measured. Hint - some added timing really aids in the cold start of alot of engines including the one in the 1025R. Engine horsepower and torque on a diesel are a result of the correct recipe of timing, fuel rate, and boost. All must be done in concert to get the desired results.
My only concern with the kit so far ( and maybe I didn't get the whole just of what he was saying) is that the oil line to the turbo does require a restrictor. now he does say it comes with 1. but I thought I had heard him say you could use it or not. if you don't use 1 you will greatly be reducing the oil to the crankshaft and its bearings. normally that pressure switch is a plug for that line to keep oil going to the main bearings , and the rest of the engine. when you don't run a restrictor. more oil goes to the turbo than does your bearings . so a restrictor is a must !
