A quick update on our progress…

Orders continue to come in at a fast pace. While we’ve had some headwinds, we’re happy to report that most orders for in-stock items are shipping within 3 to 4 days. We appreciate your kind words of support on GTT Forum.

Ok -- I was one of the first orders after the ownership change. Nope, I wasn't happy, and I let my concerns be known. The order arrived while I was gone on vacation, so I didn't get to see or use my forks or front-hoe bucket until today. All I can say is wow, and yes, I'm a very happy camper. The bucket works exactly as advertised. Maybe even better than advertised. I. Am. Happy.

Glad to hear that the turnaround has vastly improved. Being a newbie, and having a badly timed order, well, I had trust issues. Great products. Great designs. Worth the wait. Glad I didn't miss out.

I just ordered a set of forks tonight. I've been thinking about this for several years, it's a fair bit of money and other things always seemed to pop up needing the $. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

I'm just worried that these new forks will make it obvious that my 17 year old tractor is a bit aesthetically challenged and end up costing me "real" money.:lol:

Not much of an update. I was hopeful yesterday because the pending charge on my card no longer showed. It hadn't moved to actual charge yet but the amount was still deducted from my available balance. Maybe the order was put together and actual shipping charges were being figured. Now the charge doesn't show anywhere and the amount is no longer deducted from the card available balance. Not sure what's happening at this point.

Holds and pre-charges are just bookmarks against your cart telling the merchant that funds are available. If they're not finalized in a few days they disappear or drop off.

Once they're actually charged against your card they'll stick and migrate from pending to charged.
