I apologize if this has already been discussed I searched but didn’t find anything that fit the bill. The 2017 2038r had 64hrs on it when I brought it home and noticed the front axle was leaking when I unloaded it. I’m getting ready to take it back to the dealer as soon as the parts arrive. The repairs are under warranty which is great but curious if anyone has experienced this. Oil is leaking at the bottom of the round cap, parts schematics just shows a snap ring holding it in but didn’t show a seal of any kind.

Those caps take silicone sealer. Someone must have screwed up at the factory :nunu:. Since its under warranty I wouldn't worry too much.

Glad it’s nothing major I just hope the mechanic knows to silicone it. The dealer has a new cap and snap ring ordered but when I was talking to the mechanic he said he’d never seen that happen or been inside one.
