I wanted to share this test since it's a question that I've gotten a lot when discussing hydraulic flow and pressure. Since the PB is in the same circuit as the loader, the answer is yes, the loader SCV pressure relief valve does affect how much pressure you can get to the backhoe, assuming the loader SCV is set lower than the backhoe pressure relief valves.

I had about a week where the backhoe was weak and slow. I could not figure it out. I ended up going to the dealer and they let me run one in the lot to compare. I was ready to have them pick it up when I realized that I was using float to drop the 120r loader to the ground. I was leaving float engaged while running the backhoe and it was operating at half speed and was super weak.
