Questions for those that have the ballast box. Was there suppose to be pins included to secure the ballast box to the 3 point hitch? We also bought the iMatch Quick Hitch and that came with a set of bushings. Also included for a second set of bushings for the rotary cutter. However on the ballast box there was no center link and snap pins as well as the snap pins on the sides. I was just wondering if those were supposed to be included.

Nope,,,none with ballast box, tiller, rear blade, drawbar, shovel plow. Most of time, they cost 50 cents , when your buying buy some extras . Always need one to use, one to loose, and one to break. So buy 6 to begin with, I think I have 7 or 8 laying on the shelf.

Mine came with the top-link pin and lynch pin.

Huh. JDParts shows them included but when I bought mine about 2 months ago, I ended up helping the guy at the dealership break down a pallet of Ballast Boxes that had just arrived and none of them included any hardware on the pallet.

Tsc sells a bag of 10 7/16th lynch pins for 2.49, and a top link pin for 3.49.. I've actually gotta go pick some more up next time I'm in town...
