Maybe see if your local school has a welding shops class that would weld your pieces together?Yep - finding it more and more of an issue I don't have welding as a skillset yet. But I need ballast before I need another hobby.
Wheel weights and three point ballast are not the same and not interchangeable. Refer to your FEL a operators manual for minimum ballast requirements for your machine.If you are concerned about departure angle think real hard before getting a low hanging ballast box. Horrible on a 1025R, less bad on your large 2.
Wheel weights would help but what I haven't been able to find is how much/many you are allowed to put on a wheel. My only guess is tire load rating vs ballast + wheel weights + load weight + tractor weight + my lard butt.

Ugh I just tried putting them in the cart and there is a discount applied.
