Where did you buy it? Assuming the price has gone WAY up due to lumber cost spikes.

Yes prices are high, barn quoted in early December and contractor is holding to price….
We brought this property in Oct of 20, and I need a barn soooooo here we go
Being built by Hometown Structures out of Westfield Ma.
Is my 4th project with them over the years last one will be a deck and gazebo the CFO wants overlooking pond in 2022

You do get to keep any wood scraps, right? :)

Sad to think these days that, given a choice, a thief might choose to load up the lumber before the saws and compressor.

poured concrete holding back the dirt, framed above grade.

Yes barn built into a bank so need to hold dirt back
100 amp service
At this point no heating
Just storage for mule and 2305 with space for woodworking tools

fdmars, 100 amp service would be a 2/0 cable, I'd go with 4/0, depending on the length of run. This way, in the future, you can upgrade to a 200 amp panel. You may (??) want to add a compressor, planer, jointer, dust collector, and maybe even heating and cooling! Better more than less, but make sure of local code...especially with grounding requirements! Bob
