I've posted a few pictures on some other threads, but thought I'd make my own and update here as we progress.
Some background info:
This is 3.4 acres we own that is next to the 120 acres that we've owned jointly for 20 years. It's old Illinois farm ground with 2 creeks merging at one end, duck ponds, deep water pond, and lots of grooming to make it a hunters/4wheeler/beer drinking paradise. Its 2 hours away from my primary residence.
So we bought the 3.4 acres in 2019 with this in mind.

Looks nice, to big of house for me though. I like all the glass. We live in a pole barn house that some call a shouse ( shed/house), we just call it a pole barn house.

Looks like it’s going to be nice. What town are you near? Looks like you are some where in Southern Illinois.

Yep, about 20 miles northwest of Vandalia.
