Battery Power?

I am looking for a meter to show me how much battery life I have left. I want to mount it inside my vehicle somewhere. My new land has me running my computer, stereo, printer, and other stuff and I do not want to run my vehicle at idle for hours on end.

Does anyone know of such a thing that can do that?
