So tonight I was changing the tires on the Wheel Horse from turf to Ag tires at the request of my son. While doing so I thought that some of you might enjoy pics of cheap effective wheel weights. They are made from some sheet metal, old brake drums, bolts and concrete.

Great idea, any idea on how much they weigh?

Not really sure. Never weighted them. Maybe between 30-40 pounds.

Good idea.
Do they wobble at all?
While they were off you should have hit them with some red or white paint.

No they don’t wobble.

Paint what’s that? I’ve been threatening to do a total restoration on the old girl. If and when that happens then maybe.

Thing is my son uses it a lot. If I took it down for a month or two to blast prime and paint it he’d go nuts.

Didn't know if he wanted to change the original pitna.

So the tractor is better then Riddilin? lol Plus it keeps him off yours. lol

Sounds like a good winter project for him. It's good to see the younger generation interested in something besides video games & smart phones.
