I have seen many a grapple before, but not one designed to mount inside of our existing Quik Tach hitch.
Thoughts. comments? Just to be clear, I am NOT the
person selling these on Craigslist, I just saw the listing and found the idea interesting.

Here is the text from the listing;
This ad is for a brand new front grapple attachment for the large size John Deere garden tractors, sub compacts and some compact tractors and any other Deere equipment using the standard sized John Deere quick hitch. This attachment easily installs into your existing quick hitch. You must already have the quick hitch and angling cylinder to use this device. Included is a bracket to relocate the angling cylinder to a more upright, forward facing configuration. This cylinder is then used to open and close the grapple using your tractors onboard hydraulics system and controls. This unit can easily lift over 450 lbs and offers a tremendous grip on logs, rocks and other materials.

The grapple is made with laser cut, 3/8" steel and powder coated for durability. Rows of teeth ensure a solid grip on any material.

I currently have two of these in stock.

The grapple attachment fits the following tractors

John Deere 425, 445 and 455 diesel (made from 1993-2001)
From 2002-2005 they fit the X465 X475 X485 and X495 diesel
4x4 model X575 X585 and X595 diesel
From 2006-2012 the X700 X720 X724 X728 X729 X740 X744 X748
And 2013 to present X730 X734 X738 X739 and X750 X754 X748 4x4

This also fits John Deere 2210 and 2305 and the current 1000 series including 1023 1025 1026 and I believe some of the 2000 series (2320 2520 etc)
