I’ve got a JD 1020 Lower utility gas tractor . I was wanting to know about what size 3pt disk harrow I can use on it for a garden.

I would think 6'-7'. Type of soil you have will a determining factor because sand is easier to penetrate than most black soils
I run an 8ft Dearborn tandem disk on my 4066R. Due to the R4 tires, 4wd is a must.

I have a 1968 1020 gas hobby tractor. When I ran it to work with; it would pull and pick up my 6' harrow with power to spare.

Ok that’s what I was wandering I went yesterday evening and looked at a disk and it measured 80” with 24 cutters that’s probably the one I’m going to end up getting it seemed to be in pretty good condition for a 30-40 year old disk
