I had some creaking noises when lifting with the three point today, first time I heard this. I was lifting a box blade, then figured I'd see if it did with the ballast box, which is much heavier, and it did. I throttled up, went up and down a few times, and the creaking was gone, even back at lower throttle.

Is this normal? My tractor was 29 hours on it.

Creaking like metal creaking, or the hydraulics working?

Just check all of the linkages to make sure everything is in place correctly, nothing loose or rubbing where it shouldn't be, and then I wouldn't worry about it.

Your 3 point has all kinds of pivot points. Between those- lift arm ball sockets on both ends, vertical lift rods, stabilizer pivots, top link- and the (possible) paint, corrosion, and tightness of these points, a 3 point will sometimes creak. Periodically lubricating those points will help.

I give mine a shot of JD Super Lube on each bearing every time I put the 3PH on. Been working out great so far.
