Time to pressure wash it. That's nasty stuff. Put you hazmat suit on and get to it. :banghead::banghead:

Good time to clean the rust off and apply a coat of paint, or that POR-15 stuff.

Found some mold like this under my deck when I cleaned it Wednesday. Fortunately it wasn't as bad.

I think I see a fortune in removable mower underside "tear offs" like those used on racing windshields and goggles. Do a mow and tear the filthy one off, presto new and clean paint shows right through and never again be embarrassed if the neighbor sneaks a look under the deck! I'll work on that one...!
