Deere 110 tlb surging issues

My 110 tlb has started surging. After some research I thought for sure once I replaced the sensor lva17409 it would be fixed. But it's not fixed. If I leave the sensor unplugged, the surging goes away. Do I assume I bought a bad sensor and buy another? Or can I just leave the sensor unplugged? Would that hurt anything?

Welcome to GTT,
I would not buy another sensor just yet, but I would inspect the wiring back to the ECU to make sure the signal is getting there. If your going to tackle this yourself, maybe think about getting the tech manual on CD.
