I finally got my 3038E TLB and 2072H RB today. I have some issues I need to address with the sales guy. It sucks seeing your brand new tractor with Hydro fluid all over it because they didn't take the time to clean it. Hoses sticking above the hood a foot and a half. Hopefully they take care of these things.

I played with the BH a bit, trying to get used to the thumb. I definitely need a lot of practice but have plenty of jobs to get it. Over all I am a happy camper.

I have never seen a hyd hose like that one. They should fix it. A six year old could do that good.

Nice machine and Congrats, but the service dept or new sales dept has NO CLUE how to treat a new customer. IMO.
Sales person , shop foreman would be getting a phone call NOW. and it would be their nickel for getting it corrected . That is a shame to ship out a tractor and attachments looking like that.

My dealer,s ok, but I bought a 3038E a couple years ago with backhoe, FEL, bushhog, auger. What they delivered was filthy. I'm sure new but 3 hours on it. They said they had to "rotate stock". I had them take it back, I followed truck to dealer. They were unloading a brand new 3038E they just got in..."that's the one I want!". That's what I got. I'm paying a new price, that's what I wanted.

Congrats. Looks good except for that hose. Very odd they let it go like that.

Congrats on the 3038E. I would have the dealer fix the problems ASAP! Hard to believe they sent something like that out. I would be looking for another dealer.

The next closest dealer is 2 hours away so I am kinda stuck with them.

That is what I said. They had a service tech do the delivery and he was shocked that they sent it that way but he delivered it anyway. I was like what the heck.

It was delivered at 6 PM, so the dealer was closed already. I will be making some calls this morning.

What is that hose for? is it a set of hoses in a protective cover maybe for an extra set of hydraulics on the loader?
If so, almost like it is a universal "kit" they should have trimmed to length... that is pretty bush league. But I do like the protective sleeve.

get that fixed up and go to work! :)

Yes, I had them do the plumbing for a 3rd function valve. I plan on getting a grapple and wanted it ready to be plug and play.

SO I went to the dealer yesterday morning and had a nice chat with the service manager. By the afternoon, I had a service tech at the house to remove the lines to shorten them. He also brought touch-up paint and a container of shop towels. He should be here this morning around 830 to reinstall the shortened lines. So they are at least trying to make up for their shoddiness.
