I don't do Paypal either (due to their strong anti-gun stance) but in this case you can have them provide a service without joining Paypal. Just elect to pay with your credit card. Paypal sends the money to GreenTractorTalk and sends you an email confirming your contribution.
It works. I just did it a few days ago.
