BH is great for strait line digging ,small stumps..etc.

A mini ex is worlds apart and you'll never go back to a BH.

Walk your property and see what projects a BH might work for.

Demo one or rent one and figure it out b4 dropping the cash for a ho.

In my opinion chart is pre covid useless.

Theres nothing new avl. except hit and miss at different dealers..implements are scarce.

Local Wilco got a batch of new implements..this is like a RK or tractor supply type store......New prices you guys aren't gonna like.

I'm spoiled

Owned a TLB for about a month..It clearly had a use better than a shovel....but


It just was not ever gonna werk on my land......too steep and lots of dirt to move.

Got a fantastic trade on it ...still got the deere so all is good

7 K will go a ways towards a ex if that may be of use.

Everyones place is diofferent...Myne is Nowhere near flat 27% grade.....its sketchy on a mini ex.

Problem for me was....

A Back Ho......Dumps dirt left or right x 50* or whatever.
You can't swing around and dump into a buggy /trailer..whatever......piles everywhere with double the cleanup work.

Rent one.(bh).try it...switch it to Cat controls ..is that possible?

How bout a 30" +- grading bucket........

Rent a mini ex......tell me how that goes....
