Because it is Fuel injected, how would I go about leaning it out a little?

That I don't know but you might want to check the plugs and coils.If your getting a poor spark it will act like that.

Will do. My plan is the check the plugs today, just was letting it warm up a little outside first. I will post a picture.

A dirty air filter will also cause running rich. I mean real dirty, enough to choke air flow below what is needed.

The air filter is new clean. I also have Gx345 with an 20hp FD611v. I have that engine tuned nicely!! It is much more throttle responsive, and “seems” to generate more Horsepower. I have an RPM meter arriving today, so I will compare the two. Like I said, I think the FD620D is running on the rich side especially compared to the Fd611v.

Guess what?? The little silver bare spot was my entire problem. It was periodically causing a short against the aluminum block, therefor the engine was only running on one cylinder at times.
