I need new front tires for my X748SE with a 45 Loader on it. The stock size is 18x8.5x10. In looking at the Carlisle catalog they have a 4 ply and a 6 ply.

TIRE SIZE PRODUCT CODE PLY DIAMETER† WIDTH† RIM WIDTH MAX LOAD @ 10 MPH MAX PSI TIRE WEIGHT
Multi-Trac C/S 18x8.50-10 5743U11 4 18.0 8.3 7.00 825 22 10.7
Multi-Trac C/S 18x8.50-10 6L0174 6 18.2 10.1 7.00 1050 32 11.0

The 6 ply obviously has better load capacity and I'm wondering if it is worth it. It seems to be difficult to find on-line (not in stock anywhere). Are there other sizes for the 7" rim that are easier to find?

How do I use my tractor:
I have just over 2 acres. It's very hilly and lots of trees. I use the tractor for mowing, plowing snow (54" blade and 47" thrower) 400' paved driveway with steep incline, and use the loader often for moving dirt, rocks, mulch. I definitely use the full capacity of the loader. Lots of basic homeowner stuff, but no plowing, tilling, ag stuff to speak of.

Looking for suggestions as Deere wants a fortune for tires. I'm not married to either of these tires, so other suggestions are welcome.

Thanks and have a Happy 4th! :usa
