Just a few days ago, with my GTT discount, I ordered several oil filters and some other items. Within just a few days, I received my order, but unfortunately two filters were dented.

A short note e-mailed to Green Farm Parts resulted in the filters being replaced, no questions, no costs. Today I received the replacement filters.

My hat's off :hi:to Green Farm Parts for Great Customer Service.

Good to hear that they replaced the two filters. I would expect any vendor to do that. Did you expect anything less? :dunno:

True... but reality doesn't always match expectation. A lot of places would expect you to return the defective filters first.

I've also had great experiences with Green Farm Parts. Always very quick service.

In one case they went above & beyond to quickly rectify a problem that was not their fault.:good2:

anyone contacted Greenfarmparts this week?

I tried to place an order on their website on monday, thought it went through then never received a confirmation or an email from PayPal. Tried their contact screen on their website, no reply, tried emailing their info address, no reply. Left a voicemail, no reply. All yesterday last night and today the phone number is a fast busy.







I've also had great experiences with Green Farm Parts. Always very quick service.

was finally able to get through by phone yesterday afternoon, turns out they were open on monday, and no reasons were given for a lack of reply.

The person i spoke to was quite nice and helpful so that part of the experience was great. The systems in place to expedite communication might need a bit of tweaking.

Sounds like my experience was an anomaly, looking forward to my vertical exhaust kit
