I'm relatively new to the tractor world. I've stepped up to a larger tractor (3025E) I had a much older super A for many years. Always liked to tinker with her. Anyway, I noticed my overflow/engine coolant fill level seems low. What does JD reccomend for coolant brand? Yesterday I turned 20 hours. Also on my pre use inspection, I noticed my left retract hose for my bucket tilt was loose. I live in northern Michigan and have only used it so far for snow pushing. Is this something I need to be checking more often? I found it odd to be loose in the first place. Thanks in advance.

Ok thank you! And thanks for the welcome also!
Welcome from SE Michigan. I have a 3025e as well, great tractor. I would recommend the JD coolant, and since you’re in northern Michigan definitely go with a block heater and trans oil heater. These have been the best additions to my tractor in the winter.
Thank you! And yes I have installed both. It makes a huge difference! We've gotten about an inch of snow today. Lol

Welcome. I agree Use the JD cool guard. Loose bolts are common, to common, just keep an eye on things while you get started using it.
Thank you. Ordered!

It’s starting to look like spring here, we’ve gotten a few days of rain so all my trees are budding out. I put my 3pt snow blower away for the season.
How far north are you?
I'm about half way between Mt Pleasant and potoskey. Nort western mitten area. Lol a little north of Cadillac
